diaphragm pump is a new type of conveying machinery, using compressed air as the power source, using the diaphragm in the cylinder block back and forth agitation to do work, to achieve the purpose of conveying a variety of media.

Pneumatic diaphragm pump working principle:
In the two symmetric working chamber of the pump, each is equipped with a piece of elastic diaphragm, connecting rod two diaphragm connected into one, compressed air from the pump inlet joint into the valve, promote the diaphragm action in the two working chamber, driving the connecting rod connected two diaphragm synchronous movement. At the same time, the gas in another working chamber is discharged from the back of the diaphragm out of the pump. Once it reaches the end of the stroke, the valve mechanism automatically leads the compressed air to another working chamber, pushing the diaphragm to move in the opposite direction, so as to form the synchronous reciprocating motion of the two diaphragmes. Each working chamber is provided with two one-way ball valves, the reciprocating motion of the diaphragm, resulting in the change of the content of the working chamber, forcing the two one-way ball valves to open and close alternately, so as to continuously suck and discharge the liquid.
