Description
LQ3G three screw pump be also known as 3GQB or 3QGB is a positive displacement pump,a significant advantage of simple structure, small size, allowing a smooth high-speed, reliable, small pressure pulsation, flow stability, low noise, high efficiency. Is the use of a screw engagement principle rely on rotating screw engaged with each pump kit, the medium is conveyed in closed engagement cavity, a uniform continuous axially along the screw to push the discharge outlet, the system provides a stable pressure.
Three-screw pump for conveying various non-corrosive oil and similar oil liquid, conveying the viscosity of the liquid is commonly 3 0 ~ 760 was/s.High viscosity medium can reduce
viscosity after delivery by heating, the temperature is generally not more than 350℃.
3QGB series three screw pump adopts cast steel is made,has two kinds of heat preservation and thermal insulation.High viscosity medium recommended insulation screw pump.The inlet and outlet direction of pump.
Under normal circumstances is on the right is imported, the left is for export.If users have special requirements can be made on the left is imported, the right is for export.Three screw pump is widely used in petroleum, chemical,metallurgy, machinery, electricity, machine tools, shipbuilding, glass, highways and other industries. screw pump is suitable for conveying fuel oil, lubricating oil, hydraulic oil, heavy oil, asphalt and other similar oil lubricity of the liquid.
The pump seal performance is good, adopts the mechanical seal, according to user’s different dielectric, mechanical seal friction choose different material, for high viscosity medium, with high
mechanical strength, good wear resistance of hard alloy material, ensure the sealing performance under high temperature.
