Vertical Chemical Pump (FRPP) 1HP Max. Flow 175LPM

Description

1. Sealless Structure. The DT/DS series vertical sealless pump is installed vertically with the motor above the liquid surface. In this way the pump does not need any mechanical seal that is a source for leakage problem.
Highly Corrosive Resistant FRPP materials to withstand high temperatures and high corrosive chemical liquids.
Dry Running Safe. As there is no contact, thus no friction between the pump body and the impeller, dry running for a long period is allowed and would not cause any damage to the pump.
Material is Fiber Reinfored Polypropylene

APPLICATIONS for Chemical Vertical Pump
Widely recognized within the aerospace and automotive industries for the re-circulation of hydrochloric and nitric acid PBC etch tanks. The pump is also commonly installed on fume scrubber towers, effluent treatment pits and neutralization pits.
Transferring and circulating for plating solvents of the filter.

Heat exchanger circulation.
