Although pneumatic diaphragm pump does not use electricity but compressed air, but because of its working principle will also produce a trace of static electricity, so in flammable and explosive places, the pump must be completely grounded to eliminate static electricity.

(A smaller inlet pipe diameter will cause negative pressure damage to the diaphragm, and a smaller outlet pipe diameter will reduce the flow rate of the diaphragm pump.)
The inlet and outlet pipe of the diaphragm pump and the joints must be sealed. Poor sealing of the inlet will not only leak liquid, but also reduce the self-priming capacity of the pump.
The shorter the inlet pipe is, the greater the suction will be, and the number of elbows should be reduced as far as possible. It is recommended that the suction port be inclined to avoid vacuum suction when the pipe touches the bottom, which may damage the diaphragm.
The particle size in the material must be smaller than the maximum particle diameter that the diaphragm pump can pass through. If there are too large particles in the material, please filter them in advance before pumping. (Large particles can clog the pump chamber and prevent it from working properly.)
8 pneumatic diaphragm pump start, please give more than 2 kilograms of air pressure, the best working state should be maintained at 5-7 kilograms of air pressure, please close the valve quickly, do not close slowly. (Opening or closing the valve too slowly will cause the large and small slider in the valve room to stop in the middle position and cannot be replaced. At this time, it is necessary to open the valve room to adjust the position of the large and small slider.)
