Diaphragm pump is separated from the live column and pump cylinder by the film, so as to protect the live column and pump cylinder. The part on the left side of the diaphragm in contact with the liquid is made of corrosion-resistant material or coated with a layer of corrosion-resistant material; The right side of the diaphragm is full of water or oil, when the diaphragm pump works, the crank connecting rod mechanism is driven by the motor to drive the plunger for reciprocating movement, and the movement of the plunger is transmitted to the diaphragm through the working liquid (generally oil) in the cylinder, so that the diaphragm is agitated back and forth.

Precautions for diaphragm pump use

Ensure that the pump pressure pipeline system can withstand the high output pressure, to ensure the clean and normal working conditions of the drive gas system.

To periodically check and test the reliability of the grounding system, the grounding resistance must be less than 100 ohms.

Maintain good exhaust and ventilation, away from flammable, explosive and heat sources.
